About Visa2Fly
Built in Gurugram to end the guesswork in visa application preparation.
Founded 2024
Why we built Visa2Fly
Travel agencies and tour operators in India handle hundreds of visa applications every month. The recurring pattern that led to Visa2Fly was consistent: refusals that came down to a missing bank statement, a photo that did not meet the consulate's specific size requirement, or a supporting form that was present but unsigned.
These are not judgment calls. They are document completeness checks. Yet applicants and agencies had no systematic way to run that check before sending the packet to the embassy. Visa2Fly was built to do exactly that: review every document in a packet against the destination's current rules and name the exact gap before submission.
We started in Gurugram in 2024 because the outbound travel market here sees some of the highest application volumes and some of the most correctable refusal patterns. The problem is real and fixable.
