1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of getvisa2fly.com and the Visa2Fly document review service (the "Service") operated by Visa2Fly Private Limited ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") (14 Golf Course Road, Sector 42, Gurugram, Haryana 122002, India). By registering an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights under the laws of your country of residence.

2. The Service

Visa2Fly provides an AI-powered pre-submission review of visa application packets. Travel agencies and tour operators upload document packets; the Service analyses each packet against destination-specific document requirements and returns a deficiency report identifying missing, incomplete, or non-compliant document classes before submission to an embassy or consulate.

Important limitation. The Service identifies document completeness issues based on the rule database in effect at the time of review. It does not guarantee visa approval, predict consulate officer discretion, or constitute legal advice. Responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the final application packet submitted to any authority remains with the travel agency and the applicant.

3. Use of the Service

  • You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and, where registering on behalf of a business, authorised to bind that business to these Terms.
  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to any part of our systems.
  • You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the Service except as permitted by mandatory law.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data of visa applicants you upload has been collected and shared with the Company in accordance with applicable privacy law, including obtaining any required consents from applicants.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service, including the document rule database, AI models, report format, and all software, is owned by the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

5. User Content and Data

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of any content you submit, including uploaded application packet documents. You grant the Company a limited licence to store, process, and analyse the uploaded documents solely to provide the Service and to return deficiency reports to you. We do not use uploaded application content to train AI models without your explicit written consent. Uploaded files are retained for 30 days from review completion and then permanently deleted.

6. Subscription, Billing, and Access

Access to the Service is offered on a monthly subscription basis at the rates listed on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. The Company reserves the right to modify pricing with advance notice of at least 30 days.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mandatory consumer warranties applicable in your country of residence are not affected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the three months preceding the claim, except for liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Visa2Fly Private Limited from any claims, losses, or damages (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right, including failure to obtain necessary applicant consents before uploading personal data.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for material breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including Sections 4, 7, 8, 9, and 11, will survive.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.

12. Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new "Last updated" date, and registered account holders will be notified by email before changes take effect.
