Common questions

One review is a single applicant's complete packet submitted through Visa2Fly. If you re-upload a corrected packet for the same applicant, that counts as a second review. Reviews reset at the start of each billing month.
Yes. Upgrading takes effect immediately and you are billed the prorated difference for the remainder of the month. Your new review limit is available as soon as the upgrade completes.
API access is included in the Agency and Enterprise tiers. The API accepts document uploads and returns structured deficiency data in JSON format, making it straightforward to integrate Visa2Fly into your existing booking or CRM systems. Documentation is available after signup.
Indian destination visa types are included in the Agency and Enterprise tiers. The Starter tier covers outbound destinations: Schengen, United Kingdom, United States B1/B2, Canada, and Australia. We are expanding destination coverage as we refine the rule database through our pilot program.
Visa2Fly accepts PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, and DOCX files. Each file is processed separately. We recommend uploading documents individually rather than combined into a single PDF for the most accurate item-by-item analysis.
Uploaded documents are processed and then deleted from our servers within 24 hours. The deficiency report is retained in your account for 90 days so you can reference it later. We do not use applicant document data for model training. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
