Upload the full packet for a single applicant: passport copy, bank statements, photographs, itinerary, travel insurance, and any destination-specific supporting documents. Visa2Fly reads PDF, JPG, and DOCX files. You can drag and drop multiple files or upload them individually.
The system processes each file separately, extracts the relevant data, and maps it to the destination's current document checklist. Supported destinations include Schengen area, United Kingdom, United States B1/B2, Canada visitor visa, and Australia tourist visa.

AI checks completeness against destination rules
Visa2Fly cross-references each extracted document against the current requirements for the target destination. The system checks that every required document class is present, that financial documents cover the required period and meet minimum balance thresholds, that photographs match the consulate's exact size and background specifications, and that all supporting forms are signed where required.
A risk score is calculated based on the number and severity of the gaps found. The score is directional, not a pass/fail verdict from the consulate. The consulate makes that call. Visa2Fly tells you what is missing before you submit.
Receive a line-item deficiency report
The output is a deficiency report listing every gap found, the document required to fill it, and a short resolution note. Items that passed the check are also listed, so you can confirm which documents were read successfully. The report is available immediately, in under three minutes for a standard packet.
You can download the report as a PDF and share it with the applicant or your team. Visa2Fly does not submit anything to any consulate. It only reviews and reports. The submission decision and process remain entirely with you.
